Waitress/Hostess

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress/Hostess to join our restaurant team at AccorHotel in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality food and beverage service while creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain grooming standards and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide personalized service by knowing guest preferences and updating profiles.
• Stay informed of the menu, daily specials, and beverage service details, including appropriate glassware and garnishes.
• Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth venue operations.
• Clear and restock service stations continuously during service.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively and professionally.
• Monitor and report daily financial, LQA, TrustYou and Forbes targets.
• Update the manager on guest feedback using the Glitch Report system.
• Adhere to HACCP and FIFO standards and follow hotel evacuation procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Passion for excellent service and strong teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
