Walk-In Interview for Multiple Hospitality Roles in Dubai

About the role

The Leading Catering Company is hosting a walk‑in interview on 17 September 2026 to recruit a wide range of hospitality professionals for its operations in Dubai. Candidates will be considered for kitchen, culinary, service and support positions across multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of cuisines, including Oriental, European, Continental, Khaleeji, Tandoori and bakery items.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, stewarding and front‑of‑house teams.
• Serve guests as waiters, baristas, juice makers or Gahwa servers, ensuring high service standards.
• Manage inventory, storekeeping and dietary clerical tasks.
• Operate vehicles for heavy‑duty or bus transport duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the hospitality or catering sector.
• Immediate availability; visit visa or cancelled visa holders are welcome.
• Ability to attend the walk‑in interview in English, Arabic, Hindi or Tagalog.

Required skills

• Culinary preparation and food safety compliance.
• Hospitality operations and guest service.
• Basic inventory and store management.
