About the role
Ontegra Facilities Management is hosting a walk‑in interview day to recruit experienced professionals for several facilities‑management positions in Dubai. Candidates will be assessed on the day and, if successful, offered full‑time roles within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Perform rope‑access tasks at Level 1 for maintenance and inspection.
- Clean and maintain water tanks according to safety standards.
- Carry out general cleaning duties across client sites.
- Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Required profile
- Previous experience in the facilities‑management industry.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- Ability to work on a full‑time, onsite basis.
Required skills
- Rope Access Level 1 certification.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and procedures.

- Salary range AED 5,000 – 10,000 per month.
