About the role

Five Thirty Facility Management is holding a walk‑in interview in Dubai to recruit staff for its fast‑food concepts. The event targets a range of Front‑of‑House and Back‑of‑House positions, from cashiers and order takers to kitchen commis and demi‑chef de partie.

Key responsibilities

• Cashiers / Order takers: handle transactions, take customer orders, and ensure accurate billing.
• Team leaders and restaurant managers: supervise staff, maintain service standards, and coordinate daily operations.
• Commis I‑III: assist chefs with food preparation, stock management, and kitchen hygiene.
• Demi‑Chef de Partie: support senior chefs in cooking, plating, and menu execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or food‑service environments.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant setting.
• Flexibility for full‑time or part‑time schedules.
