About the role

Kelvin Catering Services & Facilities Management is hosting a walk‑in interview in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for a wide range of hospitality positions. Candidates will have the opportunity to join a growing team across operations, production, bakery, pastry, butchery, service, housekeeping, laundry, stores, logistics and QHSE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of catering sites, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and oversee production of bakery, pastry, and cold‑kitchen items.
• Lead kitchen teams, including chefs, cooks, and assistants, to deliver high‑volume meals.
• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and stewarding staff to maintain hygiene standards.
• Coordinate store, warehouse and logistics activities for timely supply.
• Implement health, safety and quality procedures in line with QHSE policies.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in the specific functional area (e.g., chef, baker, steward, supervisor).
• Advanced level of expertise and proven track record in a similar hospitality environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations in the UAE.

Required skills
