About the role

Al Fahim HQ is holding a walk‑in interview in Abu Dhabi for retail positions within its multi‑brand stores. Candidates will be considered for Sales Associate or Store Manager roles, working full‑time in a fashion‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and personal interaction.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store presents a professional appearance.
• For Store Manager candidates, oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory control and team performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and motivated work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and customer service within the fashion or retail sector.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities; store‑management experience for manager role.
