Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to lead the end‑to‑end movement of materials across ports, warehouses and project sites in Abu Dhabi. The role combines operational oversight, customs compliance and vendor management to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of customer purchase orders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate containerised and bulk cargo transport from Khalifa Port to warehouses or project locations, optimizing routes and managing back‑load reuse.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities – receiving, put‑away, picking, dispatch – and conduct on‑site inspections of loading/unloading operations.
• Lead OS&D investigations, oversee customs clearance procedures and maintain accurate documentation such as manifests, delivery notes and packing lists.
• Organise monthly cycle counts and annual stocktakes, maintaining an inventory accuracy rate of at least 98 %.
• Maintain technical specifications and certification records for lifting equipment and electrical materials, coordinating third‑party inspections.
• Develop and evaluate a pool of transport, warehousing and equipment service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, local HSE standards and internal company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse and logistics operations in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
• Attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• SAP (MM/PM) for real‑time inventory and logistics data management.
