Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth logistics between branches, accurate material storage, and efficient coordination of drivers, packing, shipping and export processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee storage, handling and organization of materials across multiple warehouse locations, maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates.
• Plan and coordinate timely movement of parts and materials between branches, monitor vehicle availability and optimise routes.
• Adjust storage locations to maximise space utilisation and improve picking efficiency, maintaining accurate bin locations and layout plans.
• Source and procure locally required items, coordinate with suppliers for delivery and quality checks.
• Schedule and supervise drivers for inter‑branch transfers and customer deliveries, ensuring compliance with safety and company regulations.
• Manage packing operations, arrange timely shipments to branches, customers and export destinations, and prepare export documentation while liaising with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations within the commercial vehicles sector.
• UAE driving licence is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Knowledge of procurement and export documentation.
