Wargaming Research & Systems Analyst – Red Cell

About the role

Anduril Industries is building a new simulation centre in the UAE and needs a Warfighter Systems Analyst to lead wargaming, modeling, simulation and analysis activities. You will bridge operational needs with system architecture to ensure the right capabilities are delivered to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, iterate and support Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (M&SA) including wargaming and experimentation for Anduril products.
• Develop and run customer‑focused scenarios using Anduril’s Lattice Mission Simulation platform.
• Train customers on Anduril capabilities and conduct internal analyses to improve current and future systems.
• Translate system design decisions into operational outcomes and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with an agile team of analysts to establish the new simulation centre.

Required profile

• Ability to reason across military operations and technical system design.
• Experience evaluating performance trade‑offs and delivering clear analysis.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi after an initial hiring phase in London.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
