About the role
The Warranty Controller will oversee the implementation of the manufacturer’s warranty policy for new vehicles and ensure that warranty benefits are correctly applied for customers and workshop parts.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and procedures for new vehicles.
- Administer warranty claims and documentation in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Utilize warranty provisions to benefit customers and support workshop parts warranty processes.
- Coordinate with service and parts departments to verify warranty eligibility and resolve issues.
Required profile
- Experience in warranty administration or after‑sales support within the automotive sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
