Web Graphics Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Web Graphics Designer to join our small, highly skilled team in Abu Dhabi. You will work in an agile development cycle, shaping sophisticated web services with a forward-thinking design approach.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, sleek web user interfaces for websites and web-based applications.
• Translate wireframes into high-fidelity visual designs and collaborate with developers and clients to refine layouts.
• Produce design mock-ups for common UI elements such as forms, video players and comment sections.
• Ensure designs adhere to the 960-pixel grid system and BluePrint framework, facilitating easy development and maintenance.
• Create and customize themes for WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Stay involved throughout development to guarantee functional implementation matches the visual design.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience hand-coding CSS/XHTML and designing web sites or applications.
• Passionate about user-centered design with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-service orientation and ability to solve problems creatively.
• Willingness to work directly with developers to achieve high-quality user experiences.
