Web Programmer / Developer

About the role

The Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government is seeking a skilled Web Programmer to update, develop, and maintain its website and related online platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to translate system requirements into functional web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain the MBRSG website with fresh content and analytical reports.
• Develop detailed specifications, project timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct system analysis, recommend architecture, and implement technical solutions.
• Integrate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP/ASP.NET code into pre‑built templates.
• Support existing infrastructure and create a new CMS for easy content management.
• Design, develop, and validate test routines across browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors to enhance website functionality.
• Identify and resolve complex web and application issues.
• Provide technical training and participate in professional workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web programming or development.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and web application development.
