About the role
The Welcome Ambassador Bellman is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at W Hotels Dubai. You will create memorable first and last impressions, guiding visitors through check‑in, luggage assistance and local area highlights while speaking Spanish, Italian and Russian.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and transportation.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions in Spanish, Italian and Russian.
- Process operational tasks such as check‑in/out, reporting and handling guest requests.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies.
- Perform physical duties including lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian and Russian.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
