About the role
The Welcome Ambassador (Guest Arrival Expert) creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests in Dubai. Working on the front‑line, you will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring every interaction feels personal and seamless.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures, providing local area highlights.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Move throughout the lobby and public areas, standing, walking or sitting for extended periods.
- Handle objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance, following safety standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
