Welding Foreman (Oil & Gas EPC)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Welding Foreman to lead welding and fabrication activities on our Oil & Gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role combines hands‑on supervision, quality control, and safety management to ensure work is delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise daily welding and fabrication tasks, allocating work to welders, fabricators and support crews.
• Ensure all activities follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to conduct inspections, manage consumables, and report progress.
• Conduct toolbox talks, enforce PPE use and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 8‑10 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role on large‑scale EPC projects.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
