Well Services Coordinator (AMO)

About the role

The Coordinator Well Services AMO supervises assembly, maintenance and overhaul activities within the Pressure Pumping Division. The role ensures testing, maintenance and repair of electronic assemblies while directing processes, personnel and supplies to optimise performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor workforce availability, quality and all other aspects of the section.
• Oversee testing, maintenance and repair of various electronic assemblies.
• Review work orders, specifications and technical instructions to requisition tools, equipment and parts.
• Maintain documentation on failure analysis and required repairs.
• Supervise troubleshooting, testing and assembly of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
• Manage reworking, repairing and modifying of non‑conforming equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and support to other groups and co‑workers.
• Coach and train subordinates on processes and procedures.

Required profile

• B.Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience in drilling, oil/gas or petrochemical industry, including 3 years at Lead Engineer level.
• Exposure to maintenance management strategies and techniques.
• At least 5 years experience working with CMMS.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office and ERP software such as SAP.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
