Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Wellness Instructor designs and delivers holistic wellness programs for guests, combining fitness, yoga, meditation and lifestyle practices. Working within the resort’s All‑Inclusive Collection concept, you will create memorable experiences that support physical, mental and emotional well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual sessions such as yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork and stretching, adapting to different fitness levels.
• Provide personalized lifestyle and wellness guidance to help guests achieve balance and vitality.
• Design a diverse calendar of wellness activities aligned with guest profiles, seasonal events and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams to integrate wellness offerings and develop signature programs or themed retreats.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑equipped wellness spaces, adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, build personal connections with guests, collect feedback and continuously improve the wellness experience.

Required profile

• Certification in yoga, Pilates, meditation, holistic health or wellness coaching.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate guests of varying fitness levels.
• Commitment to health, safety and hygiene standards.
