Windows Image Creation Engineer – L3

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for a senior Windows Image Creation Engineer (L3) to lead the design, build, and automation of Windows endpoint images and provisioning in a large‑scale Modern Workplace environment across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain standardized Windows 11 enterprise images, including drivers, firmware, applications, security baselines and language packs.
• Own image engineering standards, reference builds, configuration baselines and the full image lifecycle.
• Develop and optimise task sequences, Autopilot profiles, Intune and SCCM/MECM deployment workflows.
• Support hardware refresh, Windows upgrades and transition from traditional imaging to cloud‑based provisioning.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting and problem management for complex deployment and provisioning issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Windows endpoint engineering and image creation.
• Proven ability to resolve complex deployment, driver and firmware challenges.
• Strong understanding of modern device management concepts and security requirements.
