Women's Wear Designer – High Street Fashion (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Women's Wear Designer to join a well‑established fashion supplier that serves high‑street retailers worldwide. The position is based in Dubai and includes relocation support and a live‑work visa for the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑product womenswear collections for large high‑street retailers.
• Create strong hero pieces that showcase a keen fashion eye.
• Develop and select fabrics, ensuring high quality and suitability for the target market.
• Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to align designs with brand strategies.
• Support the business’s growth initiatives in the Middle East and globally.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of design experience for major high‑street retailers, either within a retailer or a supplier.
• Proven experience working in the UK, Europe, or Turkey.
• Strong fabric knowledge and an instinct for fashion trends.
• Ability to create compelling hero pieces that drive sales.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work on‑site.
