Wooden Flooring / Flooring Installer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Flooring Installer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality wooden, engineered, laminate, raised access, vinyl/LVT, and carpet flooring installations across commercial, residential, hospitality and fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sites, grind, patch and level floors before installation.
• Install wooden, engineered wood, laminate, raised access, vinyl/LVT, carpet and carpet tile flooring according to drawings.
• Set out, measure and accurately cut flooring materials, handling interfaces around doors, walls, columns and partitions.
• Apply surface preparation, self‑levelling compounds and adhesives where required.
• Perform joint treatment, skirting, edge finishing and repair works.
• Identify and rectify installation defects and snags.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of various flooring systems.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Attention to detail, especially levels, alignment and finishing quality.
• Familiarity with HSE requirements on construction sites.
