About the role
We are looking for a reliable Workshop Helper/Technician to support our team in Dubai on an outsourced 12‑month contract. The role involves assisting skilled technicians, maintaining workshop organization, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Assist technicians and skilled workers with assigned tasks.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
- Keep the workshop clean and orderly.
- Load and unload materials and tools as required.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance.
- Dispose of waste and manage inventory of supplies.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience working as a technician.
- Previous experience in a workshop or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to work immediately and commit to a 12‑month contract.

What we offer
- Competitive salary of AED 3,000‑3,500 per month.
