3D Artist - Product Visualization and 3D Printing

About the role

Ultratec 3D Printing is hiring a full-time, on-site 3D Artist in Dubai, UAE. The artist designs and develops high-quality 3D models for products, prototypes, display pieces and decorative elements, ready for 3D printing and post-processing.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed meshes, apply textures and define lighting setups.
• Prepare files that meet technical specifications for printing and finishing.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and production teams to refine concepts, troubleshoot issues and meet client requirements and project timelines.
• Improve workflows, stay current with industry tools and practices and contribute creative ideas.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in 3D Design, Animation, Industrial Design, Game Art or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience of about 2 years.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and ability to interpret technical and creative briefs.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, in a multidisciplinary team and with tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showing 3D modeling, product visualization or mechanical modeling is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3D modeling, for example in Blender, producing clean, production-ready assets.
• Design for 3D printing.
• Texturing and lighting for realistic or stylized results.
• Understanding of 3D printing workflows, mesh optimization, file preparation (STL, OBJ) and basic knowledge of materials and post-processing.
