Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Visioneers is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, pays close attention to detail and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs for social media, branding, presentations and marketing materials.
• Assist the creative team with daily design tasks and campaign visuals.
• Work on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Support the team with creative ideas and design solutions.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colours and composition.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with good time management and prioritisation.
• Portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Preferred: basic understanding of branding and visual identity, willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Canva (preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote (preferred)
• AutoCAD experience is a plus
