3PL Sales Executive - Warehousing

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven 3PL Sales Executive – Warehousing to develop new business opportunities and expand our warehousing and logistics customer base. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in 3PL, warehousing, freight forwarding, logistics or supply‑chain sales, together with a strong understanding of the UAE market and an established network of potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and generate new business opportunities for 3PL warehousing and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable warehousing, storage, fulfillment, inventory management and logistics solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, update CRM systems and produce regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, transportation and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in 3PL, warehousing, logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Good understanding of warehousing and logistics solutions, including storage, fulfillment, inventory management and distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads, develop new accounts and convert prospects into customers.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, proactive and commercially driven.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
