About the role
IMC Certification is hiring an Education Sales Executive / Academic Counselor in Abu Dhabi. The role involves advising students and professionals on courses and programs, turning leads into enrollments and meeting monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Counsel students and professionals regarding courses and programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM updates
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Strong experience in EdTech or education sales
- Experience as an Academic Counselor or Sales Counselor
- Excellent communication and convincing skills, strong follow-up and client handling ability
- Target-oriented and professional attitude; able to convert leads into enrollments
- Candidates from India preferred; immediate joiners preferred
