Account Director – Destination & Real Estate PR

About the role

Burson’s MENA practice is looking for a Dubai‑based Account Director to lead its Destination Marketing and Real Estate communications portfolio. You will shape strategic narratives for B2B and corporate real‑estate clients while driving high‑impact campaigns across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage key client accounts within the Destination and Real Estate sectors.
• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee media relations, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including AI‑driven insights specialists, to deliver data‑informed solutions.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior communications roles, preferably within destination marketing or real‑estate sectors.
• Strong track record of managing B2B and corporate media relations.
• Excellent leadership and client‑facing skills.
