Account Executive – Enterprise Public Sector

About the role

Mistral is seeking an Account Executive to drive the adoption of its AI solutions with large public‑sector organisations across the United Arab Emirates. You will own the full sales cycle, from the first outreach to contract signing and post‑sale engagement, working closely with implementation, technical and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify strategic outbound opportunities and respond to warm inbound introductions from public‑sector enterprises.
• Guide prospects through proof‑of‑concept (POC) phases, ensuring successful evaluations and converting POCs into long‑term contracts.
• Develop and execute sales plans, manage multi‑stakeholder negotiations, and coordinate with product, engineering and C‑level contacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, heads of innovation/AI, and key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to address technical questions and ensure smooth hand‑over.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex technology solutions to enterprise‑level public‑sector customers.
• Strong ability to manage end‑to‑end sales cycles and negotiate high‑value contracts.
• Excellent communication skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
