Account Executive

About the role

Supy is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business growth across the United Arab Emirates. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, helping multi‑location restaurant groups digitise their operations with Supy’s data‑driven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify restaurant partners through outbound research, calls and digital outreach, building a healthy pipeline in the CRM.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: conduct demos, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision‑makers and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline records.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, Product and Operations teams to ensure smooth hand‑overs and provide market feedback.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality or SaaS.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signature.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
