Account Manager – Coface Global Solutions

About the role

Coface is looking for an Account Manager to join its Global Solutions (CGS) team. The role will support the growth of clients across more than 200 markets by delivering trade credit insurance, business information, debt collection and related financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, understanding their credit risk needs.
• Promote Coface’s portfolio of solutions, including trade credit insurance, surety bonds and factoring.
• Collaborate with internal experts to design tailored risk‑management packages.
• Monitor client portfolios, assess credit exposure and recommend appropriate actions.
• Contribute to market intelligence and share insights with the sales team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within financial or insurance services.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage a diverse client base.
• Orientation toward achieving sales targets and delivering high‑quality service.
