Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager you will be the face of Hilti in Dubai, visiting construction sites, offices and warehouses to build strong direct relationships with customers. You will deliver tailored Hilti solutions – tools, software and services – that improve operational efficiency and create value‑driven partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers on‑site, in offices and warehouses to understand their needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans using a solution‑based approach.
• Identify, pursue and manage sales opportunities to achieve territory targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, contractors and end‑users.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform tactical actions.
• Drive growth of key products and support new product introductions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and technical support.
• Manage customer portfolios and ensure high service levels.
• Gather market intelligence and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report to the Area Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Background in interior finishing or construction.
• Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• Self‑driven, team‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• UAE driving licence and willingness to travel.
