Account Manager – Fine Jewelry & Watches

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join the Dubai Mall Online team at noon. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with fine‑jewelry and watch brands, driving commercial growth across our digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with key fine‑jewelry and watch brand partners.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with sales and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) to ensure successful initiative execution.
• Monitor account performance, analyse data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and build long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Background in fine jewelry, watches, luxury retail or premium consumer categories.
• Proven experience in brand or marketplace/e‑commerce management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
