Business Development Manager – META Region

About the role

ByteDance’s Global Payments team is building a cross‑border payment platform for its worldwide products. The Business Development Manager for the META region will drive regional growth, partnerships and strategy for the payment network.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for channel partnership development across Turkey, KSA, UAE and other GCC markets.
• Develop and execute regional payment strategies that support business growth, cost reduction and risk management.
• Coordinate internal teams to roll out new services, considering local regulations and competition.
• Collaborate with regional teams to understand local needs and design solutions.
• Liaise with headquarters on commercial strategy, product development and risk initiatives.
• Conduct regular industry analysis and business intelligence research.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in payments, e‑money, fintech, banking or related internet companies.
• Strong strategic planning ability combined with hands‑on execution skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork orientation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and problem‑solving focus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of payments, e‑money or wallet products and merchant processing.
• Understanding of banking functions and regulatory environments in the META region.
