Account Manager - Holiday & Short-Term Rentals

About the role

haus & haus, an award-winning real estate agency in Dubai covering residential sales and leasing, short term and holiday rentals, off-plan and investments, property management and commercial properties, is looking for an Account Manager for its Holiday & Short-Term Rentals team. The role liaises between the company and landlords on all queries and concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 100 landlords and develop strong relationships with them.
• Lead and control face-to-face meetings and coordinate exchanges between clients and the team.
• Negotiate additional properties to manage so as to maximise profit.
• Retain the business year on year and cross-sell to other departments within the haus & haus group.
• Work under a high amount of pressure and use your own initiative.

Required profile

• A UAE driving licence and being based in Dubai are essential.
• Top communicator with a high level of customer service, diligent, proactive, resilient and strategic.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to understand property owners' core needs quickly and professionally.
• Holiday home experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
