Account Manager I – Restaurant Partners

About the role

Careem is looking for an Account Manager to join its Food - UAE team in Dubai. The role owns and nurtures relationships with restaurant partners so they can grow and succeed on the Careem platform, helping to optimise partner performance, improve operational metrics and drive initiatives that benefit both Careem and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, keeping relationships strong and partners satisfied.
• Drive partner performance through business reviews, data insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product teams to run growth initiatives.
• Identify and resolve partner concerns quickly to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the onboarding and training of new partners.
• Advocate internally for partner needs and work with teams to drive platform improvements.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development or similar roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce or F&B.
• Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
