Account Manager

About the role

RTB House is seeking an Account Manager to lead a portfolio of high‑profile client accounts across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will work directly with top brands, delivering data‑driven campaign strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the advertising funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with large advertisers and agencies, meeting them face‑to‑face regularly.
• Develop campaign strategies based on data analysis, creativity, and client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, margins and scalability, providing regular status reports and improvement recommendations.
• Handle client inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely payment for services.
• Support customers throughout the ad‑campaign launch process and act as the primary point of contact for success and long‑term partnership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in ad‑tech, performance or awareness campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High energy, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and based in Dubai.
