Account Manager – Korean Language

About the role

As an Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term partnerships. You will act as the main point of contact, support onboarding, and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Guide clients through onboarding, integrations and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Share promotions from providers, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide regular KPI updates and reports to clients and management.
• Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development or Customer Success within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and growing accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM or project management tools (preferred).
