Account Manager - Microsoft Solutions

About the role

Midis Group is looking for an Account Manager in Dubai. The role promotes the company's products and services through a clear strategy and strong partnerships with existing and potential partners, optimising sales volumes and championing marketing programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for the assigned product/service line in line with management
• Lead partner relations and build relationships with new and existing channels and clients to grow sales in the territory
• Build and maintain a channel/customer database, analyse data and develop metrics on loyalty and new opportunities
• Specify market requirements through market research supported by ongoing customer visits
• Execute and supervise the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, and track credit and payment performance
• Generate long-term revenue and profitability for the product/service line
• Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports
• Oversee targeted marketing programmes and promote the company and its services in the region

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience selling Microsoft solutions across the Microsoft portfolio
• Strong network and established relationships with SMC and enterprise clients across Dubai and the Northern Emirates
