About the role
Trendz Podcast is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong project‑management mindset to join its Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships while driving business growth in the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts in the UAE.
- Understand and analyse local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects to deliver client solutions on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Monitor account performance and report on key metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven account management experience in the UAE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project‑management mindset with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
