About the role

Trendz Podcast is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong project‑management mindset to join its Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships while driving business growth in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts in the UAE.
Understand and analyse local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate cross‑functional projects to deliver client solutions on time and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
Monitor account performance and report on key metrics.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of proven account management experience in the UAE.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Project‑management mindset with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Willingness to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
