Account Manager & Strategist – Marketing Agency (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager & Strategist to lead communication, strategy, and client success for our Dubai‑based marketing agency. You will act as the strategic brain and primary liaison between clients and internal production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and translate goals into multi‑channel digital marketing strategies.
• Organise, delegate, and oversee workflows across Social Media, PR, Media Buying, and administrative specialists.
• Track performance KPIs, analyse campaign data, and produce actionable reports and client presentations.
• Optimise strategies to maximise ROI, ensure account retention and identify upselling opportunities.
• Maintain project timelines, campaign schedules and resource allocations in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required profile

• Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing agency as an Account Manager, Client Servicing Lead or Digital Strategist.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to build and evaluate digital marketing strategies.
• Experience directing internal or remote teams of Social Media, PR and Media Buying professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Availability of at least 30 dedicated hours per week during Dubai business hours.
