About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 5 to 8 years of hands‑on experience across the full accounting cycle and immediate availability.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Maintain records and ensure accuracy of fixed asset registers.
- Coordinate with HR to process monthly payroll and account for employee benefits and insurance.
- Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and assist in audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5 to 8 years of accounting experience covering GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Payroll.
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
