Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join Cleanline Group in Dubai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial transactions, preparing reports and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, maintain the general ledger and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and manage tax filings.
• Process payroll, employee reimbursements and WPS transactions.
• Support internal and external audit processes and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in cost‑control decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 1‑2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks or SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
