About the role
The Accountant will manage Accounts Receivable and Revenue Assurance activities, ensuring accurate customer records, timely collections, and proper reconciliation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile customer Statements of Account and review AR aging.
- Follow up with customers, distributors, and the Credit Management team on collections and outstanding balances.
- Process customer receipts, debit/credit notes, and resolve account discrepancies.
- Support customer creation, amendment activities, and coordinate documentation for invoices, PODs, and contracts.
- Prepare collection forecasts, AR‑related reports, and assist with Letter of Credit and insurance documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and customer account reconciliation.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
