About the role

OAC18 Properties LLC is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join its real‑estate brokerage team in Business Bay, Dubai. The role involves daily accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general‑ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly budgets, financial forecasts and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses and budget variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and perform account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax regulations and corporate laws.
• Assist with tax filings, audit requirements and financial reporting.
• Support management in financial planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax and related regulations.
• Experience in monthly budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
