Accountant

About the role

HST Management and Consultancy is looking for a qualified Accountant to support its financial operations in a professional healthcare environment in Dubai Healthcare City. The role is full-time, and the successful candidate will keep accurate financial records, help with reporting and reconciliations, and make sure accounting procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities and keep accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and support routine accounting operations.
• Process financial transactions in line with company procedures.
• Use ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data.
• Assist with account reconciliations, financial reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments so that financial records stay accurate and consistent.
• Maintain organised accounting documentation and support financial record verification.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, including previous healthcare accounting experience.
• Good written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, healthcare accounting practices and financial documentation.
