Accountant – MEP & Construction

About the role
The Accountant will manage receivables, payables, and utility billing for MEP and construction projects. You will ensure accurate recording of transactions in SAP and support month‑end closing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Process payments, reconcile supplier and group company accounts, and monitor VAT invoices.
- Maintain petty cash, utility bills, and prepare monthly expense reports.
- Prepare debit notes for suppliers and coordinate with internal departments for timely accounting entries.
- Escalate discrepancies, assist with fund transfers, and support period‑end closing tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
- 1–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial procedures, data validation, and analytical skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (advanced)
- SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, HR, Sales
