Accounting / Finance Officer

About the role

Ethmar International Holding (EIH) and FutureLife Group are bringing the Institut Marquès assisted reproductive technology (ART) centre to Abu Dhabi. They are looking for an Accounting/Finance Officer to manage accounting and day-to-day inventory operations for the new clinic, keeping finances accurate and supplies ready for patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable and general ledger entries
• Process supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory of clinical and laboratory supplies
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, pricing and deliveries, and receive and check deliveries against purchase orders
• Support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting
• Use the ERP system to record transactions, manage inventory and produce reports
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements and clinic procedures

Required profile

• Several years of experience in accounting and procurement
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Experience with inventory management and supplier coordination
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Desirable: experience in a healthcare, IVF or medical environment and familiarity with medical supplies
