Accounting Manager – Full‑time, On‑site in Dubai

About the role

The Valens Clinic, a leading mental‑health centre in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed‑asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
• Oversee journal entry processing and other core accounting functions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse financial data, produce reports and provide insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with auditors and support the annual audit process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
