Accounts Assistant / Payment Follow-Up Executive (Open Day)

About the role

SFS Enterprise LLC is hiring an Accounts Assistant and Payment Follow‑Up Executive to support its accounting department in Deira, Dubai. The position involves handling bookkeeping tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding customer payments while using Tally Prime and standard office tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily accounts and bookkeeping activities, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
• Follow up on overdue customer payments and coordinate with clients to secure settlements.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime software.
• Perform general accounting and administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of administrative or assistant experience, preferably in an accounting environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software (Tally Prime).
• Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in a Dubai office setting.
