Accounts Executive

About the role

Pangat Properties Management and Investment L.L.C. is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support its accounting and financial administration operations in Abu Dhabi. The role covers maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting transactions, assisting with VAT compliance and coordinating financial activities. It is a full-time position with an estimated salary of AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities and keep accurate financial records.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and established accounting procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting records using relevant software systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on accounting and financial matters.
• Monitor financial deadlines and keep accounting documentation organised.
• Assist with real estate accounting activities and related administrative processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in real estate administration and accounting within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, accounting procedures, financial reporting and real estate accounting.
• Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks or ERP systems.
